These terms govern your use of the NoiseLog app and this website. By downloading or using NoiseLog, you agree to them.

License
NoiseLog grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Purchases
NoiseLog is free to download and includes an optional one-time “Pro” unlock ($6.99). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. The Pro unlock is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; please request them through Apple.
Measurement disclaimer
NoiseLog provides estimated sound levels for general, informational use only. A smartphone microphone is not a calibrated, certified sound level meter. Readings can vary by device, case, and environment. NoiseLog must not be relied upon for professional, occupational, medical, legal, safety, or regulatory-compliance purposes. Always use certified equipment where accuracy matters.
No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on measurements produced by the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use NoiseLog lawfully and to respect the privacy of others when measuring sound.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
